'I definitely found myself drinking more and training less while filming MAFS. I felt very sluggish all the time, especially with the hours.'

However when not starring on TV, Davina describes herself as the 'most balanced personal trainer you'll ever meet.'

She told DMA: 'I don't even have scales in my studio because I don't want the girls to think that their weight is the only thing that matters. I want them to want to train because they love how it makes them feel, not because they hate themselves.'

'I believe that life should be all about balance, enjoy a vino on the weekend but also enjoy moving your body. The more you stress out about training and what you're eating, the more it feels like a chore,' Davina went on to say.  

And in terms of exercise, the businesswoman finds that a mix of cardio and strength training, gives her the results.  

'I do a mixture of HIIT sessions [high-intensity interval training] and heavy weight sessions. I mix it up every day too so I don't get bored and also do different types of exercise, including yoga, boxing and Pilates, to keep my body guessing week to week.'
