Hydration is key.

Country star Tim McGraw learned that lesson the hard way over the weekend when frequent air travel and his exercise regimen left him so dehydrated that he collapsed onstage in Ireland Sunday.

When he and wife Faith Hill touched down  in New York Monday, camera crews were waiting outside the terminal at JFK to see how he was doing: "Good, man!" he told TMZ, adding that the collapse was brought on by "lots of flying and dehydration."

McGraw, 50, apparently heard his body's message loud and clear, telling media that he planned to make some lifestyle changes. First up: He'll "cut his workouts short" and ease back on all the frequent flying.
