While at the restaurant in Warsaw, he got into a heated argument with employees, who called the police. It shows an officer putting his hand around Wall's neck and shoving him up against a glass wall as he tries to arrest him. Wall screams "Get your hands off me!" as the officer throws him to the ground and handcuffs him.

But what happens when a police officer or security guard crosses the line? As a general rule, police may only use the degree of force that is necessary to maintain control of an incident, affect an arrest , or protect the officer or the public from harm.

“It was a scuffle between a guard of the security company and a waiter of Bella Vita,” the officer said, adding that the brawl started over a parking issue. Police arrest 15 men for betting on PSL matches in Karachi's DHA.
