Hart only played about a dozen shows this year, choosing instead to focus on bigger projects like the upcoming film Jumanji and his streaming platform Laugh Out Loud, which launches next week as a $40 million joint venture between Lionsgate and Hart’s Hartbeat Digital. With original scripted and unscripted series, stand-up specials and licensed programming, the platform–which will have both free ad-supported and a subscription tiers, as well as an app–makes Hart the latest celebrity to launch his own streaming service.
