The Dallas Cowboys never featured plays with running backs Alfred Morris and Ezekiel Elliott in the backfield together, but the possibilities are endless. Even without Elliott , the possibilities are endless with the talent in our backfield.

As the Cowboys prepare to leave for California this week, remind me again about the health of Darren McFadden. Last year McFadden's playing time virtually disappeared when Elliott arrived.

"Having said that, Zeke is continuing to work through it, and he's talked about that. The game and all that stuff, that's not what you deal with. He's our teammate, and we'll continue to work through it with him and have this opportunity to grow from it, and I think that's what his focus is now. ...

The second-year running back is coming off a sensational rookie season in which he rushed for a Cowboys rookie-record 1,631 yards and 15 touchdowns.
